Owner of Ballooned by Bri

One year in, and I still can't believe this is real — but here we are, and I am having the absolute best time.

Ballooned by Bri started as a creative outlet and grew into something I genuinely love showing up for every single day. That's not something I take lightly. I'm endlessly grateful to the friends, family, and — especially — my husband, who have always pushed me to create freely and build something that's entirely my own.

My work doesn't feel like work, because it's exactly what I love.

By day, I produce large-scale festivals and events across Rochester — you might have spotted my work at Roc Holiday Village, Rochester Pride, or Flower Fest. That world taught me how to execute big ideas with precision, and I bring that same energy to every balloon installation, no matter the size.

How far in advance should I book?

For custom installations — arches, garlands, and full event decor — we recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, and earlier for peak seasons like spring graduation, summer weddings, and the holidays. Dates fill quickly and we limit the number of custom installs per week to ensure every event gets our full attention. Reach out early to secure your date.

What is grab + go?

A grab + go is a pre-designed, styled balloon garland you pick up from us and install yourself — no professional setup required. Each garland comes with everything you need to hang and style it at home, in a venue, or at an outdoor event. They're perfect for birthdays, showers, graduation parties, and any celebration where you want elevated balloon decor without the full-service price tag. can you match my brand or theme?

Yes — color matching is one of our specialties. We work with an extensive range of balloon colors and finishes (matte, chrome, confetti, and more) to get as close to your palette as possible. If you have inspo photos, a Pantone color, or a paint swatch, share it with us during your consultation and we'll do our best to match it beautifully.
