Where can you deliver?

Ballooned by Bri delivers to homes, businesses, schools, and event venues throughout Rochester and the surrounding suburbs. Common delivery locations include: Private homes and apartments, Office buildings and corporate spaces, Schools, colleges, and universities, Hospitals and retirement communities, Hotels and Airbnb properties, Restaurants, shopping centers, and retail spaces, Wedding venues and event spaces
Can you deliver to my venues?

Yes! We regularly provide balloon delivery and event installations throughout the Rochester area. We recommend confirming drop-off details with the location beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Does Someone Need to Be Present for Delivery?

Yes. We recommend that the recipient or a designated contact be available to receive the order. Ballooned by Bri cannot assume responsibility for items left unattended or accepted by third parties after delivery
What Happens if an Order Cannot Be Delivered?

If delivery is refused or not accepted by the location, the order will be returned to our studio. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee. To update your delivery address, email us at info@balloonedbybri.com.
How are deliveries made?

Your order is hand-delivered by our Ballooned by Bri driver in the selected time window. Items are packaged for safety and longevity.
What if a Balloon Pops During Delivery?

We’ll gladly replace or refund any balloon damaged during the delivery process, depending on availability and timing. Once your order has been successfully delivered and accepted, Ballooned by Bri is no longer responsible for any balloons that pop, deflate, or become damaged due to handling, weather, transportation, pets, children, or other environmental factors.
Pricing for
Grab-and-Go Delivery
Grab-and-go delivery requires NO onsite setup. The decor being delivered is styled and ready to stage!
Delivery pricing is based on distance from Rochester, NY (14609).
0–10 miles: $25
11–25 miles: $45
26–40 miles: $65
41–60 miles: $85
Delivery includes transport, on-time arrival, and careful handling of your order.
Custom Balloon Installations
Our white-glove installation service ensures every balloon display is executed with precision and attention to detail. From arrival to final styling, we manage the entire installation process so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Custom installations are available for: Birthday parties, Baby showers, Bridal showers, Weddings, Corporate events, Grand openings, School functions, Holiday parties and special celebrations.
Signature installations and full-service setups incur a 20% delivery and installation fee, with final pricing determined by the size and scope of your event.
Time-Specific Installations
Early morning, late evening, or time-sensitive installations may require an additional fee.
Large-Scale Events & Corporate Balloon Installations
For large events, multi-space installations, and corporate balloon décor, we provide custom quotes tailored to your vision and venue requirements.
