Where can you deliver?
We deliver to a wide range of locations, including:

Can you deliver to schools, hospitals, or event venues?
Yes! We recommend confirming drop-off details with the location beforehand to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Delivery Process & Policies

Does someone need to be present for delivery?
Yes, we recommend having the recipient or a designated person onsite. We cannot take responsibility for items left unattended or accepted by others at the location.

What happens if delivery is refused or undeliverable?
If delivery is refused or not accepted by the location, the order will be returned to our studio. A second delivery attempt may incur an additional fee. To update your delivery address, email us at info@balloonedbybri.com.

How are deliveries made?
Your order is hand-delivered by our Ballooned by Bri driver in the selected time window. Items are packaged for safety and longevity.

What if a balloon pops during delivery?
We’ll gladly replace or refund any balloon damaged during the delivery process, depending on availability and timing.

Pricing for Grab-and-Go Delivery

What is Grab-and-go delivery?
Grab-and-go delivery requires NO onsite setup. The decor being delivered is styled and ready to stage!

Delivery pricing is based on distance from Rochester, NY.

  • 0–10 miles: $25

  • 11–25 miles: $45

  • 26–40 miles: $65

  • 41–60 miles: $85

Delivery includes transport, on-time arrival, and careful handling of your order.

Delivery & Setup Information on Custom Orders

Our white-glove setup service is designed to ensure every installation is executed with precision, balance, and thoughtful detail—so your space feels elevated, intentional, and effortlessly styled.

From arrival to final placement, our team manages the full installation process, allowing you to enjoy your event without distraction.

Installation services are thoughtfully tailored to each order. Signature setups and full-installations will insure a 20% delivery and installation fee. Final pricing is confirmed based on the scope and styling requirements of your event.

Time-specific installations (early morning or late evening) may require an additional fee.

Large-scale events, corporate installations, or multi-area designs require a custom quote.
