What Happens if an Item Is Unavailable?

Occasionally, a specific balloon, ribbon, weight, or accessory may be unavailable. If that happens, we'll substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall color palette and style of your original design.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

Orders may be canceled or modified up to five (5) days before your scheduled delivery or pickup date. Because we purchase materials and reserve production time specifically for your event, orders become final within five days of fulfillment. How Long Will My Balloons Float?

Balloon float times vary depending on the balloon type, size, and environmental conditions. Foil balloons typically float for several days. Latex helium balloons generally have a shorter float time. Estimated float times are listed on each product page. For the freshest appearance, we recommend scheduling your balloon delivery on the day of your event. Please note that heat, cold, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight can all reduce float time.

What Is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a safe, water-soluble solution applied inside latex balloons to help them stay inflated longer. It can significantly extend float time for indoor events, although results will vary based on temperature and environmental conditions.

Do You Guarantee Balloon Float Time?

We guarantee that your balloons will arrive in excellent condition and ready to enjoy.
